Your problem
My problem is:
When I go to Channels / Emails and click on an email the Contact segments comparison chart appears. The last column ‘Bounced’ is always empty, even though I have bounce management setup via API callback on Amazon. I can also see bounces appearing in my bounces segment, and in generated reports.
Does anybody know how can I get bounces to appear in the Contact segments comparison chart? Or is this a known issue with API callback bounce management?
