Hello! If you use the “amazon_api” feedback loop, you have to make sure, you are using the Amazon SES API transport in emails config page, and not Amazon SMTP. Can you double check?

Hi Joey, That’s the problem. It’s set up for sending through SMTP. So Mautic would also send emails through the API… Got it. I will reconfigure and confirm result back to the group. Extremely helpful. Thanks you so much! Peter

By the way… the errors in the log (clickthrough value related) are due to some weird behaviour of some Microsoft Security tools at the receiver side.

So these are ignorable error logs created when users open our emails?

Yep - there is nothing much you can do about it. Some external service messes with URL parameters and Mautic can’t link them with date in your instance.
