Bounce Rules not apply in some cases

Hi,

I already set bounce email on configuration, fetch email and Mautic already handle with some bounces with success. I mean, Mautic change user to “Email Bounced” when read/receive the bounce email. Is working fine.

However seems it doesn’t works in all bounces codes, for example, if it is a soft bounce cause below*, Mautic doesn’t mark user as bounce.

Anyone know how I can set bounce rules or fix this problem?
