Your problem
My problem is: Only some bounced emails are being treated correctly by Mautic. I use Amazon SES and have SNS properly setup. For example: when I send the test email to bounce@simulator.amazonses.com it DOES get the proper mark in Mautic.
However, several emails are not being properly marked as bounced. Everytime I send a campaign, I get dozens of messages like this one:
Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
MAILER-DAEMON@amazonses.com
An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients:
[jon******@gmail.com]
Not sure where to fix this, as it apparently is related to how Amazon SNS handles the bounces.
