Global issue with mautic, not really bad but just irritating : I change the content of an email in the back, then for 5-10 minutes I do somthing else such as creating assets and setting up campaign, then I go back on my email, it’s not saved. Also if it’s a save after some time I’m logged out, that means my content is gone too.

The best practice is to save your work as you go along in Mautic.
Especially before the session expires (15 minutes by default).

I know I should save but I am tired of losing content if I go back the 16th minute on the element.

This doesn’t happen if your php settings support longer sessions.

I also had Token issue that doesn’t save my email even after a few minutes.
That sounds like serious capacity issue.
Is it s shared hosting?
Do you use cpanel?
No idea.
I also have this bug sometimes within a minute and note after a save 10/15 min after being logged in…
