Campaign decisions not work

Hello, I’m using version 2.2.1 mautic and I encountered a problem.

I create a simple campaign, an email and an action decision if you open the mail will add 5 points to the contact and send another email to thank the user .

The email is sent successfully, but when it comes to action decision the program crashes at this point and does nothing more.
