I’ve created a ‘campaign’ in Mautic with attaching a demo segment with 4 emails in it, but it is not sending any emails…it is not even showing pending, but when I go to the campaign, it says that your campaign is active. I am unable to understand the issue. Please guide

Can you check your Cron Jobs and also is your SMTP properly done?
I am from a non-tech background so I do not know about cron, but I guess there is no issue with SMTP, as ‘segment emails’ are being sent without any issue, it’s just that ‘campaign emails’ are not sending.
If you don’t know cronjobs, then ask the person who installed it for you.
