Campaign Problem - Events Doesn't Work

PHP Version 7.4.30

I am having problem with the campaign. I set up everthing but when I test the events doesn’t work. I don’t now what to do anymore.

I don’t receive the e-mail after I fill the form - as I set up on the campaign.

Have you set up your cron jobs?
