Can't change the From Address

I try to change the From Address in configuration - Email Parameter.

I config a sparkpost sending domain name “domain.net” that works

but in Mautic, when i want to record a new From email, it comes back

to the old one. ?? how can i record my from email.

Did you change in Email -> Advance (tab)?

Where is Email -> Advance ? can you show me a screenshot? thank you
