Can't find Text Message settings/Twilio plugins

Hi All,



I can’t find “Text message settings” Menu on configuration tab. and can’t find Twilio plugin’s either.

I run Mautic version 2.8 and cache has been cleared.



Any help on this ?

You are right I saw that in a previous post, but as you can see in my subject the Twilio plugin doesn’t show up event after clearing cache.

Any other clue ?
