Can’t Upload Contacts via my online account? It says I need to upgrade? I currently have 0 contacts?

I assume this is a bug?

If you’re referring to mautic.com, they don’t allow free accounts to mass import leads due to the abuse of spammers uploading email lists to send spam to.
