CF7 Mautic Submits to Wrong Form ID

I have been using CF7 Mautic to map my forms to wordpress and they work fine. I have tried adding a new form today with the Mautic ID 17, when I try to submit the form on the page the results go to a previous form I have made with the ID of 11. Can anyone help with why the results are submitting to the ID 11 form instead of ID 17 even though 17 is mapped in the CF7 Mautic plugin on wordpress.
