My Mautic version is: v2.16.3
My PHP version is: 7.2
We are using lead scoring both on contact level as company level. Lead scoring for individual contacts is working perfectly fine with ‘Points’. However, we are facing some issues with lead scoring for companies.
We created a new campaign for lead scoring for companies which is as following:
Starting point: Segment with all identified contacts
IF: Visits page: homepage with wildcard (https://homepage.com*)
Then: Update company score +1
We have allowed contacts to go through the campaign more than once. But if a contact who has been identified as an employee of company X visits for example 6 pages, the company score for X will only raise by 1 instead of 6. Does anyone have a clue how we can fix this issue?
