Failed to add lead score from campaign

My Mautic version is: 3.3.1
My PHP version is: 7.4.15
My Database type and version is: mysqlnd 7.4.15

Your problem
My problem is: My campaign cannot add score to leads, other campaign actions are carried out correctly (including sending email, modifying a tag, etc)

These errors are showing in the log: None in error log, but it says “This event encountered an error during the last attempt to process” (From the edit campaign page it says 100% success in “Actions” tab)

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I have no idea how to solve

Plz check if the campaign elements are published.
It’s a common error, that you try to do an action (send an email), but the email is actually unpublished.

If you have 100% success, then the contacts already left the campaign. So even if you change the campaign steps, it won’t be triggered again for that specific contact.
