My idea is: On the second page of the Contact Import, Put the file name you are working with across the top. Then on third page of import, add a button to import another file to save a step.
I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea: Anyone that works with multiple file imports on a daily basis will appreciate this.
Why I think they would benefit from this idea: If you do any tagging based on the source file and you handle many files, inevitably you get interrupted and there is no way to know what file you are working on at this step.
