I have questions about possibilities with notes within contacts. One can schedule a call or meeting and it shows up in the calender.



But is there a way to add a sort of workflow? I would like to assign it to a user or trigger an email to inform about the scheduled event.

Or can it be reported through reports?



Very curious about the possiblities; how do other Mautic-users do this?
