Could Someone Give me Advice on Automating Email Sequences Based on User Behavior?

Hello there,

I am working on setting up email sequences in Mautic and would appreciate some guidance on automating them based on user behavior. Specifically; I want to create a series of emails that get triggered by specific actions or interactions from the users; such as clicking on certain links or filling out forms.

I am looking to set up a system where; for instance; if a user clicks a link in an email; it automatically triggers a follow-up email related to that content.

Alternatively, if a user interacts with a form on our site, I want to send a tailored email sequence based on their responses.

I am also interested in segmenting users based on their behavior and sending personalized content. What are the best practices for creating dynamic segments in Mautic that reflect user actions and preferences?

Also, I have gone through this post; https://forum.mautic.org/t/how-do-i-create-an-email-sequence-for-contacts-within-a-given-segment-mlops/ which definitely helped me out a lot.

Lastly; I would love to hear about any effective strategies or workflows you have implemented in Mautic for automating email sequences. Any tips or common pitfalls to avoid would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help and assistance. :innocent:

Hi @clausesalvatorr did you already take a look at the documentation? E.g., here Creating Campaigns - Mautic Knowledgebase or How to create a segment - Mautic Knowledgebase
