Can Mautic be set up to pipe email to a segment?

Is there a way to set up Mautic to pipe incoming email to a segment?

Example: By sending an email to Mautic which Mautic would take this email and resend it to all contacts in a segment.

Via campaign?

Not directly as far as I know, however this could be achieved with the API. You could probably do this using n8n as well
