Steps I have tried to fix the problem: try some from forum, but still not working at all

Hi,
couple of questions for troubleshooting:

  1. in the email settings do you have ‘queue sending’ ?
  2. Do you have any files in your mautic’s var/spool folder?

@joeyk , many thanks for your support and time.
NO1: there’s no queue sending;
NO2: Yes there are plenty of files in this folder. Please check the enclosed images. Thank you

Hi, if there are emails there it means you are sending as queue.
You need to send the emails out. I know they appear to be sent, but they are still on your server.
