Custom date conditions in a campaign

Hi, i read this help page: https://mautic.com/help/custom-date-conditions/ but it seems not to work.



I created a campaign to guide subscriber to a workshop.



During workshop signup i created a form with 2 hidden fields related to 2 custom fields:

corsoData

corsoDataOra



To load dates into custom field i use an url like this: https://MYINSTALLATION.mautic.net/test-corso?corsoauladataora=2017-10-13 09:00:00&corsoauladata=2017-10-13



so i have date and date time of the workshop.



This is campaign flow:





1st first action immediately sends an ebook and then sends a survey.

2nd action sends a reminder 15 days before workshop’s day (here i use date custom field)

3rd action sends a reminder 7 days before workshop’s day (here i use date custom field)

4th action sends a reminder the day before workshop’s day (here i use date custom field)

5th action sends mail with a coupon 2 hours after the workshop’s end and 2,5 hours after workshop’s end sends another mail with a survey (here i use datetime custom field to sends email after X hours from the beginning of the workshop)



i created Contact field value condition like this (in a test campaign i used 3 days and not 15 but it is not important)





but this doesn’t work :-(



is there something wrong?
