Custom Field causes Please Wait ...

Hi,



I can’t seem to get WP plugin form shortcode to work after installing the Mautic Plugin for Wordpress

However, I was able to get it to work with the manual option of copying code snippets to word press.



But when I added a custom field to the form created within mautic, and updated the codes to Wordpress

All I keep getting is Please Wait… message and it hangs on that.



Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
