Custom field [SELECT] - Only one option saved

Hi Everyone,



Having a weird problem.

After adding several options to the [select] and [multiple select] custom fields and clicking “save & close” or “apply”, only one option stays. Others disappear.



I am using the free Mautic Cloud version 2.2

Anyone else had this issue?

I had the same experience in Mautic Cloud 2.3. After playing with it for a while, I got it to work. I don’t know the reason why, but when creating the picklist values for a custom Select field, the system didn’t like it when I had different Labels in the picklist with the same Values. When I put different Values in with each Label in the picklist, the system saved them. Specifically, I “Apply Changes”, then Saved and Closed the field.

It’s easy to reorder the values on the select list. Use your mouse to hold the three vertical dots on the far right of the Options list (picklist), then drag the value to the position that you want it in the picklist.
