Decisions & Actions - Not Joining

I am setting up a campaign. I’ve successfully set up many decisions and actions. All of a sudden, when saving, the red and green lines joining the decisions and actions disappear after saving. See image below:







Any ideas?

This problem is related to an apparent limitation with Mautic, not allowing for than 100 decisions / actions in a campaign. I have opened an issue on Github.
