Decrease running campaign time

I have a maltic campaign that launches through the users who are accessing a segment, these users are sent an email.

My doubt is that when a user accesses a segment it takes 1 hour to send him an email or he is sent to it at the hour on the dot.



My question is if this time could be reduced to 5 minutes in any way since it is not interesting that the user has to wait so long to reject an email.



Any ideas?
