Do not contact being incorrectly assisgned

Hi,

I have noticed a high number of contacts being marked as do not contact recently. Some surpised me as they are avid fans of our business. So I did some testing and noted that several emails addresses of my own, freshly added to mautic, are mysteriously marked as “do not contact.” This is before any email is sent out. It seems to happen when the campaign cron trigger runs.

This does not happen to all email addresses.

What is going on?

Have you got to the bottom of this issue? We are experiencing similar problems and unable to find any satisfactory answers.
