Does mautic automatically exclude users in bounce email segment?

Does mautic automatically exclude users in bounce email segment from being sent any more future mail, kind of like disable it, or do i need to explicitly or manually exclude?

Yes I have noticed it won’t send to bounces and unsubs, even though they are in the segment.
