Does mautic send emails twice?

I have created a campaign with the lead list named “XXX”. The list has 50 leads. I accidentally modified the lead list filters and it had removed all the leads from the list. If i add them again (restore the filters as they were), will the campaign send emails again to all of them? Is there a workaround?
