When we hit our Contacts list and see who has come for a visit, we see IP addresses listed twice. Drilling down to see details, there’s nothing more than the IP address and their physical location. Sometimes we get more detailed information, but I’m curious as to what’s happening. Anything I should look into to fix this? Is this the work of an adblocker?
We are also using Hotjar to record visitor actions. Many times we don’t get a recording as if the visit that Mautic is reporting never happened. Any thoughts?
