Dynamic content only works in incognito mode

My problem is: Dynamic content only works in incognito mode

I’ve set up my dynamic content on my website, however, it seems to work only in incognito mode, any idea why that is?

Hi, what browser are you using? It might be due to some internal cache or cookies set in browser. Try clearing mauitc specific cookies and browser cache and try again if works in non-incognito mode.

thank you for following up, yes I was going to update the topic, I’ve now tested again and it looks like dynamic content only works when the browser is completely purged from mautic cache and cookies.

Hi,
If you are a Mautic admin and observe your own tracked pages, then it will behave differently then a regular user visiting them:

  1. Dynamic content will be not shown
  2. Email clicks won’t work
  3. Opens do not trigger

Keep another browser identitiy for testing purposes.
