Emai clickthrough rates higher than open rates

We use Mautic to send out emails.

On mulitple emails we are seeing higher click-through rates than open rates. I’m not sure why this would happen, there is nothing fancy in the email - images, copy and links so not sure what would be interfering with the tracking.

Any help would be appreciated.

We’re having the same issue, clicks are larger than opens and Sendgrid is showing 10x the opens that Mautic is. Any ideas why?
