Email click reporting showing incorrect data

My Mautic version is: 4.3.1
My PHP version is: 7.4.27

Your problem
My problem is:
The email click reporting is showing incorrect data, there are 2 main problems:

  1. Some links have a click rate of 142% and more clicks then actual emails send which is impossible.

  2. Some contacts are opening every link, we know this is caused by the firewall but cannot find a solution for this.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

  1. sendgrid research
  2. mautic research

Anyone elso experiencing these problems and knows a fix? This data is critical for our email reporting.

Is that a segment email?
Did you remove contacts from the segment?

This was a campaign email, there were no big changes in the segment that could have caused this.
