Email stats mismatch

My Mautic version is: v4.2.0
My PHP version is: 7.4.26
My Database type and version is: 10.3.32-MariaDB

Your problem
My problem is: As my email stats are showing wrong
where i can see click rate are higher than read rate

So can any explain me this if my READ email count is 193 how come my CLICK count shows 327

As if 193 people read my email so the click count should be 193 or less than 193
so how its showing 327 which is wrong i guess

Hi,

  1. one person can click multiple times.
  2. it’s possible that Apple devices or Outlook email reader blocked your tracking image making the opens invisible
  3. Some spam filter follow all links, triggering a click event
