If there is no Mx record found for a domain, does that mean email addresses with that domain cannot receive email?
I’m testing an email validation tool and checking some of the flagged domains. There are a bunch of domains don’t have an MX record, but DO have an _dmarc TXT record. I’m assuming those domains may send email; but can never receive; or the _dmarc is left-over from before that brand was acquired.
