i am new here and sorry if i put my question in wrong channel. please quid me to place my future question in right channel.



i have a question regarding to the mautic.

  1. lets assume i send an emails. can i track back in DB which click did every email reciever.
  2. can i make my own segmentation in DB en send email to that segment only.

I don’t understand your first question, could you please rephrase it?

For your second question, one possibility would be to create a campaign. First step is an action (send the email), second step is a decision (check if they click the link), and then the third step is an action (update segment)
