Email Editor missing Tokens

My PHP version is : PHP Version 7.4.23
My MySQL version is : 5.7.32-35-log

Installed Mautic 4

My problem is : In the email editor I only get a very minimal editing options (font related like Bold, italics, etc). I can’t find a way to add tokens to the email. This is how it looks…

Any thoughts how I can enable them?
