We just started using the free versión of Mautic, we have some issues sending test emails, When we sent it with a different schedule, we havent recieved the email but in the dashbord this appears like send, also when we sent it in he schedule that mautic asigned we never received the information, ¿Is something there that we can do? ¿What could possibly be wrong?

When you say the free version, do you mean self hosted or hosted by another service? If hosted by another service, contact them with this issue directly. If self hosted, what is your email and cron settings?
