I was wondering if it is possible to identify which contacts read the emails that I sent and in what way can I see it from mautic?



add the tracking in outlook but I do not know where I can see which contact reads the emails and which contact does not read the emails

There is a Email read segment filter to do this.

is correct, but I do not know what value to add in “choose one or more”

now the emails that I want to verify if they are open are the ones that I send from outlook, and perform the whole procedure to install the plugin

or do I have to create an email in the channel> email section?

OK, now I understand. Mautic is only able to track emails which are sent through Mautic.

this take it out of the documentation of:

but nothing appears on my panel about it.

I work with mautic 2.11.0
