You have a browser addon called Lastpass? Because I can tell you from experience, that for some reason that extension causes issues when saving the mail server information on the config page. Just figured I would mention that, just in case…

Holy Sh*!%t, You are probably right. I used incognito window on chrome and see the right settings. Thanks for the help @DonV
