Email still being sent after Do Not Contact has been clicked

I have contacts who have clicked on Do Not Contact but are still receiving emails months later. I also have contacts who are marked as bounced but emails are still being sent. I’m now blocked by Amazon SES because my bounce management hasn’t been working :frowning:

Any idea why emails are still going out? My process for sending emails is to create a campaign or a unique email and send it to all contacts in a segment or two. Am I doing something wrong?
