Does any one know if this is currently possible? or if a feature like this might be added in the future E.g mark users inactive after x days?
It shouldn’t be about marking users as inactive (that would be a very blunt instrument). What is needed is the ability to run campaign across an audience defined by maybe some SQL or similar (i.e. give me all users whose last activity date is > 30 days ago).
I think you can just do that in campaign builder.
There is a Date Last Active attribute available as the segment filter. Have you tried working with this option? A little drawback: As far as I know you are only able to specify a specific date, not a relative time period.
