Emails Not sending Amazon SES

Hi everyone, desperate to get some help.

I setup mautic with Amazon SES hosted on cloudways. I’ve followed to a “t” everything from Andre’s great post: https://medium.com/@AndreiVoica/how-to-integrate-mautic-with-amazon-ses-7fe066e9131c

When i send the test mail, it goes through and Amazon SES counts its and adds it to total emails sent. But when sending the real batch nothing happens.

No error in the logs, no pending emails…amazon ses doesn’t pick anything up though. i’m out of the sandbox and have played around all day with different smtp configurations.



Any help would be more than welcome!

I guess your test emails and production emails use different from addresses and the latter one has not yet been verified. Under SES Home go to Identity Management and then Email Addresses to add another address.
