I saw some youtube videos, in that was described, to set in a campaign as last step “End campaign”. Is that neccessary - if yes, what is the reason?
When the steps are completed, the campaign is over anyway.

If you’re talking about the campaign builder scheme, there is no “End campaign.”
Check out this campaign example below; the last step of the scheme is where the campaign ends. There’s no need to add anything more to it, and there is no “End campaign” action.

I learned a lot in the last days…so a special ending is e.g. to remove a contact from the campaign, to add him a year later automatically (e.g. for an anniversary campaign as here described)
