Endless spinnnig save on form

My Mautic version is: 4.3.1
My PHP version is: 7.4
My Database type and version is: MySQL 5.+

Your problem
My problem is: I created form and now I can no longer go back to edit and save it. The Save button spins endlessly when clicking on Save and no work is saved.

There are other forms I am able to still edit and save.

I cloned the form then try editing and saving which give the same result.

What I noticed different about this is that there is no running blue bar on top which normally appear when click save button. The blue running bar never appears at all when trying to save this one form.

Please advise. This is a lengthy form project plus template and I don’t want to do all over again. I am using same template on other form without issue.

These errors are showing in the log: No errors in log or browser console

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: emptied /var/cache

I just noticed that when I click on “Action” tab - the tab will show clicked but nothing happened on the page itself. It does not show up Action tab instead I am either still on Field page or Detail page.

Still nothing in logs.

I will start over again but I will leave this form if developer want to take a look at it

I decided to delete it … Not worth waiting and trying to troubleshoot it.

From this point on, I am going to clone big form jobs as a backup in case it decided it doesn’t want to be saved anymore. :stuck_out_tongue:
