Forms don't save modifications

Hi,



I have a problem with forms. I made various forms on my mautic and wanted to change some. But, Unfortunatly, when I want to save my modification, it’s look like working but nothing change. I do change, save and “built the form again in cache” and it’s change nothing. Someone have an idea?
