My Mautic version is: 5.1.0
My PHP version is: 8.2.22
My Database type and version is: MySQL Community Server 8.4.2
My problem is: when i try to donload “Do Not Sell” list the CLI command mautic:donotsell:download return this error:
Automatically fetching Do Not Sell data failed.
I tried to a Mautic 4 version too, but same error
Can someone help me?

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
I tried to download list via api from MaxMind api using my account (https://api.maxmind.com/privacy/exclusions) and it works
