The action list for scoring points to/from a contact is great. It’s a pity you only can assign points based on them. I’d find a lot of use assigning tags and segments based on the same actions. Active Campaign does this…
Basically, point scoring floats the contacts that are interested. Assigning also tags/segments would tell me WHAT they are interested in, and help me to give them a more relevant message back.
Extending actions to assign tags sounds like a very useful feature to have.
We really would like to see this in a future version of Mautic. We already created concepts of this and we call it dynamic tagging, example use: known contact visits websites, clicks on some links, gets tags on those links and the tags are counting up, after some clicking around we know the user is most interested in Category x and y.
We receive the data from Mautic en personalize the homepage to prefer items shown for category x and y.
Als it would be awesome to segment people on the things they like most.
