Facebook lead integration with mautic using mautic facebook plugin

My problem is: Is that possible to integrate facebook lead with mautic using facebook plugins ? I tried this Mautic Facebook Integration for Contact Synchronization. But it’s not working.

What we need : When user submit a facebook form then automatically lead will generate in mautic.

These errors are showing in the log: I tried above one but it’s not working (Lead not getting generate). Is there any way or using mautic facebook plugin, We can achive what we want. Please help me for short out this requirement.
