Form notification email not sending after form submission

Hi,



We have our forms set up to send out a notification email(form results) but nothing is being sent out. The contact’s info is saved but if we try to send an email through Contacts>Lead-x>Send Email, a message is displayed that the email was sent but the email never shows up in the inbox/spam. If we try to send an email through Channels>Emails>(any email)>Send Example, and Voila! we receive the email.



Please advise.

You set all the cron jobs?

It sounds like your cronjobs are not working, try run command and check if your email is sent . Else, look at your mail log to ensure that your mail has delivered
