Form submission not working after update to 5.2.1

My Mautic version is: v5.2.1
My PHP version is: 8.1.31
My Database type and version is: 11.4.4-MariaDB-deb12

Your problem
My problem is that after updating Mautic to 5.2.1, the form submission is not working correctly. The submission data is somehow sent to Mautic in the background but not all the follow-up events / actions are triggered but the contact record is created.

However, in the front end, nothing happens, and the form submission button switches to “Please wait.”

I have attached the console issues we get.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

• Activated / Deactivated CORS settings
• Added and removed https + HTTP domains urls
• Integrated the form via Wordpress plugin = didn’t work
• Integrated the form as selfhosted version = didn’t work

Try to rebuild assets:

bin/console mautic:assets:generate

Thank you very much. We tried but unfortunately, we couldn’t resolve the issue. However, in the meantime,e we´ve decided to switch to a hosted version of Mautic where the same issues has been fixed by the hosting provider.
