Form update is broken

My Mautic version is: 4.1.0

  • I create a form.
  • I set “Render style from Template” to no.
  • Save
  • I set “Render style from Template” to yes.

I get: “Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!”

From now on, this form is non-editable.

How can I restablish the form to a “normal state”?
